Terms: Payment must be made in full for all orders, and are subject to approval. No order will be filled until payment has been completed successfully.

Refunds: Stock buttons that require no customization may be returned for a refund up to 30 days after purchase, pending inspection of returned merchandise. Please allow 5 business days for refund credits to be processed, then an additional 2-4 days for your credit card to process the refund. Custom designed buttons are not refundable. Customization errors made by the customer are not the responsibility of Rare Arts. Please inspect your submission carefully. Custom buttons require customer approval. Rare Arts will not fulfill a custom button job until artwork has been approved by fax or email.
